Welcome to Infinite Mind Feng Shui. Here I share my Feng Shui, and Astrology experiences and knowledge of Chinese Metaphysics. My goal is to enable people to harness the benefit of ancient knowledge of Chinese Metaphysics, empowering everyone to achieve excellence and fulfilment in their lives.
My name is Dibyendu Palai, people prefer to call me Diby, so you can do that too. I did a master’s degree in engineering and technology. Currently working in a leading British Motor Company in the United Kingdom as a Lead Automotive Engineer in the Systems Engineering specialization.
I was always passionate about Mathematics since my childhood days. I had seen my father doing complex Indian Astrological calculations while I was growing up. No, he was not a professional Astrologer but a government employee with a science background, but he was passionate about Astrology and pursued it as a hobby. I had seen him giving some accurate predictions about my life and to his friends and family. He always used to mention the involvement of complex mathematics behind every prediction.
When I left home for higher studies and then jobs, Astrology took a backseat in my life. It reappeared a little before when I was deciding to buy my first house back in 2018, I had a few similar house options, and I was confused about which one would be a better choice for me within my budget. I was unsure about the parameters based on which I should make the final call. When I discussed my dilemma with my father and asked, could you please help me with Astrology, he suggested finding my answers from ‘Vastu Shashtra’ to understand the favourability of the house. While doing my research on available Internet articles and books on that subject, I also came in touch with Feng Shui. Feng Shui seemed a little more decipherable for a beginner like me in 2018. However, even in Feng Shui, I found various schools of thoughts - some simple, some very complex. It was difficult to arrive at a single conclusion for any scenario. I kept digging deeper and deeper to get authentic solutions, and the more I read the more I found it fascinating and my passion for mathematics somewhat got channelled here.
Till 2020 I always applied my learning and research on Feng Shui in my house. Then something tragic happened in my life, I lost my father in March 2020 to Cancer right before the Corona lockdown started. It created a huge void in my life, moreover, the lockdown created a mental setback. I decided to make Feng Shui and Astrology an integral part of my life part to feel an eternal connection with my father because he loved it too. For that, I started learning the subject professionally as learning always kept my mind rejuvenated and helped me glide through the stressful time of Corona. I started to attend Webinars, read through books and articles written by some Subject Matter Experts, and eventually joined a Professional course on ‘Classical Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology’ by Feng Shui Institute, UK. I also decided to open my YouTube Channel ‘Infinite Mind Feng Shui’ to share my understanding and knowledge for free with others who are interested in this subject. This channel name was given by my wife, she mentioned, all energy-matter is the domain of the Supreme power, whom some of us also call ‘God’, who is infinitely intelligent, through the channel name we express gratitude towards Him.

I plan to add more to the above list with time. In the upcoming years, I would want to learn Indian Vedic Astrology and Vastu Sastra as well to expand my knowledge horizon.
